Dieter Hecking, the director of sport at 1. FC Nürnberg, has confirmed that the club is engaged in negotiations with Ludogorets Razgrad regarding the potential transfer of Kwadwo Duah.

The Swiss international, who has been a key player for Nürnberg, could be on the verge of a move to the Bulgarian top-flight club Ludogorets Razgrad, pending a successful agreement between the two parties.

Hecking shed light on the ongoing talks, stating, "I can confirm that we are in negotiations with Ludogorets Razgrad. The next few days will show whether we can reach an agreement or not."

The director emphasized the importance of balancing sporting and economic considerations in the decision-making process, suggesting that if the transfer were to materialize, it would be a significant achievement for 1. FC Nürnberg.

Kwadwo Duah joined FC Nürnberg last summer from FC St. Gallen in a 700,000-euro deal.

Since his arrival, Duah has impressed both fans and pundits with his exceptional performances, particularly in a challenging season for the club.

The midfielder's notable contribution of eleven goals has attracted the attention of Ludogorets Razgrad, who are eager to secure his services for the upcoming campaign.
