The Ministry of Youth and Sports have finally settled all outstanding bonuses of the Black Queens, footballghana.com can report.

Several players of the female senior national team of Ghana have been owed bonuses for matches played in the last four years.

Successive promises in those years have until today not been met with the affected players always crying to the Sports Ministry for their bonuses.

Just last September, Black Queens players marched to the Ministry to demand the payment of all their outstanding bonuses.

Today, the players can finally smile knowing that they can cash out from the bank on Monday.

This is because at the Ministry of Sports today, the Special Assistant of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Kofi Asare Brako has handed over a cheque of US$360,000to Black Queens goalie Patricia Mantey.

The money covers all bonuses owed the Black Queens players in the last 4 years. It is understood that players will receive at least $12,000 dollars from the cash paid out.
