Black Stars coach, Otto Addo has expressed his admiration for the newcomers, praising their fearlessness on the field ahead of the friendly game against Nigeria.

Addo, who is back for a second stint, has selected several debutants for the international friendly based on their impressive performance in training.

Among those poised for their first caps are Nordsjalleand forward Ibrahim Osman, Forson Amankwah, Ebenezer Annan, Francis Abu, and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Frederick Asare.

Speaking ahead of the game, Addo highlighted the confidence and adaptability of the new players, noting their seamless integration into the squad.

"First of all, I think they are extremely confident. They look fearless on the pitch, and what I like is that in training they have adapted very well. They have integrated very well into the group," Addo remarked.

The Black Stars, eager to make a statement under Addo's leadership, are determined to secure a victory following their disappointing outing at the Africa Cup of Nations earlier in the year.

A lacklustre performance led to the dismissal of former coach Chris Hughton, paving the way for Addo's return.

With morale currently low, a win against Nigeria would serve as a significant boost for the team.

After the Nigeria encounter, Ghana is set to face Uganda in another international friendly, also in Marrakech.
