Tokyo 2020 qualifier: Black Queens touch down in Kenya ahead of crucial game

The female national team of Ghana, the Black Queens have touched down in Nairobi for the return leg encounter against Kenya in the Tokyo 2020 qualifier. 

Coach Mercy Quarcoo-Tagoe's side landed in the East African country on Monday morning ahead of the game on Tuesday.

Ghana will hoping to secure a historic first Olympic Games despite suffering a setback as they were held goalless by the Harambee Starlets at the Accra Sports Stadium in the third round first leg fixture.

”If they have been able to pick a draw over here, we can also go there and win the game. I am confident we will beat them and qualify to the next round,” coach Tagoe said before the team's departure.
