Uncertain future for Kasim Adams as Hoffenheim seeks to offload Ghanaian defender

Published on: 17 July 2023

In a surprising turn of events, it appears that Ghana defender Kasim Adams Nuhu's future is uncertain at the moment.

After spending the previous season on loan at FC Basel, the Swiss club has decided not to sign the center-back on a permanent basis.

To compound matters, it seems that the 28-year-old Ghanaian defender's current employer, TSG Hoffenheim, is also seeking to part ways with the player, as reported by kicker.

Nuhu's contract with TSG Hoffenheim is slated to run until 2024.

However, reports indicate that the Bundesliga club is actively looking to offload the talented defender.

Despite their efforts, there have been no offers for his services so far, leaving his immediate future uncertain.

He has already started preseason with Hoffenheim ahead of the start of the new campaign.

During his loan at Base, Kasim Adams was superb for the Swiss giants and was particularly instrumental in their run in the Europa Conference League.
