WAFA coach Prosper Nartey opens up on goal scoring issue

WAFA head coach Prosper Nartey has opened on his side's struggle in front of goal in the on-going Ghana Premier League.

The Sogakope side have scored eight goals in 10 games and conceded two goals in the process as they lie 6th on the league table with 15 points, three points adrift leaders Ashanti Gold SC.

WAFA have fluffed their lines so many times this term at home with coach Nartey claiming teams have changed their approach when they meet, making it difficult to penetrate and score lots of goals.

"It’s not like we are finding it difficult to hit the back of the net but it’s the tactical approach employed by teams that come here because everybody knows that when you come and you play end-to-end with us, you concede a lot of goals," he said.

WAFA will face Eleven Wonders on Wednesday in week 11 of the Ghana Premier League.
