Ghana Premier League club Liberty Professionals posted a 1-0 win over Lower Division side Vision FC in a friendly game last Wednesday as they continued preparations for the start of the upcoming season.
In a friendly match played at the Nii Amoah Okromansah Park, the Dansoman-based side recorded a win to boost their confidence as they venture into the new season.
Forward Emmanuel Armah was the man who found the back of the net to hand Liberty their win.
The victors are now hoping they can take that confidence-boosting result into the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season which starts this weekend.
Liberty Professionals will face Wa All Stars in the opening weekend of the top-flight.
