West Ham United forward Mohammed Kudus anticipates a challenging match against Luton Town this weekend.

The Hammers are set to host Luton at the London Olympic Stadium on Saturday in their final home game with kick-off scheduled at 14:00GMT.

Kudus, who debuted for West Ham as a substitute in their previous victory over Luton in September, emphasizes the team's determination to secure points in their remaining fixtures, despite their European qualification hopes fading after a 5-0 loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last week.

Rob Edwards' Luton side is battling to maintain their Premier League status, currently three points behind 17th-placed Nottingham Forest with 36 games played. Kudus acknowledges the threat they pose.

"We're expecting a tough game as Luton is still fighting to stay in the division, but we're up for the challenge because we still have something to play for. We're taking each game as it comes, fully focused on this weekend," Kudus stated on the club website.

"After the disappointment last weekend, we need to raise our energy and bounce back. Training has been good this week, so we're prepared and ready. It's our last home game of the season, and we aim to give the fans a positive finish," he added.

Kudus, who has netted 13 goals for the Hammers, is expected to feature in this weekend's game before wrapping up their season against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
