Head coach for the Black Satellites, Desmond Ofei has given the assurance that his team will give it their best shot to beat Uganda in the final of the men’s football tournament at the 13th African Games.

The Ghana U20 men’s national team reached the final of the tournament after beating Senegal 1-0 on Tuesday night.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Desmond Ofei said his team will prepare very well for Uganda.

“A final is a final and we are going to enjoy it. For us, it’s a final and we are going to fight. Uganda is a very good team, we have to respect them. I saw them play and their movements with and without the ball is incredible. But we will prepare again and we know them.

“They have good individual players and we know their weaknesses. We will use our qualities and fight to the end. In the end we will see what happens,” Coach Desmond Ofei said.

The final between Ghana and Uganda will be played on Friday, March 22.
