FC Sogdiana of Uzbekistan's Women's Premier League has announced the signing of Ghanaian striker Iddrisu Mariam from Northern Region Women's Division One League side, Savelugu Yoo Ladies FC, Tamale.

Mariam, known for her impressive goal-scoring abilities, will be wearing the number 9 jersey for her new team. The Uzbekistan club has high expectations from the Ghanaian talent, anticipating that she will lead their attack line.
